Franco's professional team of chefs travel regularly to Italy, in search of the finest quality ingredients and recipes. Prima Pizzeria serves traditional Italian and continental cuisine of extremely high quality in a cosy atmosphere, making this a very popular restaurant. Only a two minute walk from either Ripon Market Place or the Cathedral, Prima Pizzeria is very conveniently located at 33 Kirkgate. Children of all ages are always welcome.

The house special menu is changed on a regular basis to accomodate for fresh fish and various game when in season. This along with the regular menu, offers many vegetarian dishes. To complement the menu, Franco stocks a wide range of quality wines including Amerone, Barolo, Frascati Superiori and Orvieto. For those who prefer wines from other countries, there are French, Chilean, Australian, and many more wines from different countries, as well as the excellent house wines.

Sweet lovers are not forgotten with a wide variety of traditional Italian deserts and ice-creams, as well as the popular chocolate favourites.

For special occasions, the upper floor can be reserved for your party, but please be advised to book early in advance.
